Southern Illinois Railcar's Administration Department manages diverse affairs ranging from human resource benefits, record keeping, payroll, corporate insurance, personnel files, property management, social functions, and corporate giving. The Administration Department also serves as an interface between the Executive Department and all other departments, particularly in the areas of contracts, payables analysis, office management and human resource management.
